Imm 1295 is application for work permit made outside Canada. I didn't see an open work permit choice.

Open the form and check the part where it says type of work permit you are applying for, you will see the options there.

Okay I saw it. You can withdraw that application (it can get refused because you're not eligible). And send a new one (tick other), attach a cover letter. Hope your LMO is still valid. It might cost you another $150 though if they have already opened your package and started processing.

I am beginning to feel worried now. They say that if they require something else they will contact you right? So how will I send the new form now?

You can adopt a wait and see attitude or be proactive. Check the site (the CHC site where you sent your app and hopefully it is updated, as to the date they're processing) and send a letter withdrawing the application (hopefully they give you a refund if they have not already started processing it) and send a new one. But it is your choice. When does your LMO expire?

Its my 6th month on the 21st (cic abubdhabi) Just incase i got the visa already (hopefuly:) can i go on vacation first before i move to Canada? Anyway, as of now i have no choice but to renew my contract here (which is on feb7) because im still waiting for my application and i will just resign once i have my visa approve. Can i do this scenario?

Yes you can leave from wherever, except that if you leave as a worker from the Philippines, there will be additional requirements from POEA (not quite sure what those are and some additional fees of course)
