HI
I'm a UK citizen and I overstayed my visa waiver in America around 5 years ago. I want to go to Canada for my honeymoon this year for 2 weeks and wondered if this would stop them letting me in?
I have also been told by several people to get my passport changed to my married name as this will help.
Has anyone been through this or can anyone offer advise?
Thanks Wink

changing your name and passport will not work as they can ask for your maiden name and check it.

I don't thing overstaying visa in the US can create any problem for your Canadian visa.
