Not sure. Overstaying is a legal offense. In IM0008, there is a question about being deported out of Canada or any other country. You need to answer that question as yes and provide a convincing answer. I'm afraid it will show on their system your overstay. Btw have you've been paying your taxes!

Hi mdmike,

Were you deported from Canada?

If you over stayed in Canada, you can still apply for Immigration but they will have records for your overstayed and it will be a big negative impression.

Thanks
