overstayed my time

Hi all, I came to Canada on vacation from Barbados on the 22/12/2010 and was given until 22/01/2011 to leave but I wasn't able to leave at that time because the person I was staying with was very ill and could not do anything for herself or children so I stayed and helped. [grocery shopping,house cleaning, cooking etc] I left the country on 22/03/2011. Would I have to apply for restoration of status to re enter Canada? Please explain the  process. Thank you.

No, once you have left, you have expunged your overstay.  Mind you the next entry might be a little more difficult.
