I was in the USA on L1A visa for company "A", which was valid till 2012, I changed the status from L1A to H1b in December 2010 and I joined the new company "B" in 11 feb 2011. However my previous company didn't release me on 15th. Infact they released me without any experience letter on 22 Feb 2011. So there is an overlap of around 11 days.
Will that cause any problem. I talked to both the companies and no body is ready to adjust. Please advice.
