Hi,
If I get the request for medical test, will the over weight be a problem if all other records are OK?

No, It is not a problem at all.
Do not worry man, Canada is not that bad country to refuse people because of the over weight ! as long as your case does not require an excessive demand on treatment, you are fine.

its jus the medical/surgical illnesses they see. though obesity is also an illness but it isnt considered.

Yafa,
Dont worry about the overweight stuff. its not a problem besides that, Canadians are one for the most overweight people in the world, together with US and Mexico.
just chill and live life to its fullest.
