Over Paid Landing fees Refund

Hi Fellows
                  Me and my family have landed back in may 2007, our case have been processed from Canadian high commission London, we have filed for our over paid landing fees refund back in July 2006, can some one advice us regarding how long its takes or any number or e-mail address to confirm it from? We have not heard any thing from them since then ...I would appreciates your reply thanks Regards

Hi,

You need to ask CIC for a refund form and mail back to them.  You would need a Canadian address for the refund cheque.  I got my refund within several months.

You can always ask for refund of over paid fees.Do you have copy of cheque/bank draft other receipt of payment.Send a copy to the CHC and also copy of your final correspondance with them.They wil consider your appliction,though it will tae a bit of time to reopen your file for confirmation of your claim.
