Hi there,

After having been declined a visit visa for my spouse, I am currently in the process of filling out the sponsorship aplication.  Would someone be able to clearify a couple of questions I have regarding applying outland:

1) Following the information on the CIC site, am I to be fillling out the all the forms for the three part (sponsorship, immigration, and region specific) and have them submitted all at once?
2) From the instructions I am assuming that the forms are to be submitted to the address mentioned in Mississauga, even for outland applications?  The first step is processed in Canada, is that correct? I am guessing this from the processing times.
3) How do I know if a medical is required?  The immigration forms seem to suggest that this needs to be done, online I have come accross (on this forum) that CIC would typically notify when this is required.  Does the medical follow step one of the application processing?

Appreicate the reply!

1) Yes - submit them all together.
2) Yes - everything is sent to Mississauga.
3) You need a medical and it needs to be done before you submit the application (you include proof the medical has been completed with your application). The medical form (what you take to the DMP to have the medical completed) should be in your Region Specific package.
