Hey everyone,

I know this has probably been asked a million times but i've been reading forums all day and my eyes hurt so i thought i would just start a thread Smiley

For outland spousal applications, do you have to have the COMPLETED medicals and FBI background checks done before submitting the application? So...if it takes 8 weeks to get the FBI clearance i won't be able to submit my application until then?? Is there any way to get your application process started, for example at least the sponsorship eligibility part sent in before the completion of the FBI/medicals? Thanks in advance

Yes, everything has to be sent in before, it has to be complete, I think otherwise your application will be sent back.

The other answer is you can send in your pckg and attached the receipt of your FBI clearance and a note saying that you will forward it to the appropriate visa office once you get it others have done so in the past

But meds have to be completed and sent in to cpc-m

Right, as kedeisha said.
Medicals should be completed before you send off the application.

by that you mean you have to have seen the doctor and they will give you that form to include in the application right?  The actual medical results themselves will be sent by the doctor directly to the visa office?
