So, after much discussion, my wife and I have decided that her going back to the US is probably our best option. She's lived here 3 yrs illegally and we don't want cbsa to come knocking. My question is-since we got married in Canada, will that be a problem doing outland sponsorship?

Thanks Pinklady for your quick reply! So I will not have to explain this marriage later? It happened while she was here illegally.

As long as your marriage is legal, thats all that matters.
Especially if your wife is going to return to the states and you file outland. You have nothing to worry about on that score.
