Hello everybody. I hope you can help me with this one.

I'm going to take my medical exam on friday, and I'm completing the Appendix C that I need to bring with me to the appointment.
I'm in canada (Quebec City) as a tourist but I'll apply outland. Question is,

In the ADDRESS field, what address should I write? My current canadian address (even if I'm not a PR) or my address back in my country (Argentina)?

The same question for the PHONE NUMBER.

I asked the same question for my husband. Mailing address is the Canadian address. But your home address is the one in the states.

I would say you put wherever you actually are as your phone number in case they call for an interview.

the application may take several months to be completed ,,so where will you be satying in several months later??? if u r going back to Argentina so put this adress ,,i think u back coz u apply outland

if  you will stey  for  long  time  in canda  so  put  your  current  adress there  if  not  is  better  you  put  your  home  adress in your  contry

Ah OK, I'm planing to stay in Canada during the process (with visitor visa). I've been yesterday to take the exam, I  put my address here in Canada.

The exam is so short!! now I need to go take the laboratory tests and x-rays.
