I'm applying for PR through common law using the outbound form.  Im actually living with her in Canada though, on a visitors visa and have been for a while. Should I use my address here or do I have to use one back in the states?

Also, since we're by definition common law(lived together for over a year) should we put common law as our martial status?  Or never marries?

You can use your Canadian address as your mailing address, to ensure you receive any communication from them there where you are.  Your US address would be your residential address.

Common-law is common-law, married is married.  The two are different.  If you've never been married before, don't confuse the issue by putting that down.  Just state common-law where appropriate.
