Out of status..waiting for new lmo - Urgent help needed!!

Hi,
I had applied for a LMO from my first employer in Aug 2010 but got rejected due to wage issues. After that, my post-grad work permit expired on Nov 2' 2010 and I ran out of status looking for a new job. I did find a new job finally and I applied for the LMO about 2 weeks ago.
I am quite confused what to do next. I realized I'm running out of time and hence am applying for restoration of status cos I only have a few days under the 90 days rule.

- Do I apply for a new work permit or a visitor permit with the restoration application?? I haven't received an update on the LMO approval yet.

- Or do I just send out the restoration of status application with a work permit application and a copy of my LMO application as well?

- The only other option I see is to send out the restoration application with a visitor application and once I get the LMO approved, send a new work permit application and cancel the visitor application and get a refund.

I hope its not too confusing. I really need some help.

You must try only 3rd option. when u get lmo, call them and send copy of lmo to cic vegreville with cover letter to attach lmo with work permit restoration app and refund of visitor fee.
