our flight was on second /July/2012 but unfortunately canceled on Friday 29/June/2012 for no reason !
I contacted IOM Office many times but they replied me that its postponed by ministry of foreign or /ministry of interior...my question is why they postponed it ?
Your question is not clear for an answer.
However, the flight scheduling is according to the airlines. If the airlines auhoritis cannot give you a proper answer, I think others will also cannot answer you unless you state the details of the flight:
