TORONTO - Ottawa is moving to reduce the lengthy waiting time it takes to reunite loved ones and decide cases from seven years to one, the immigration minister vows.
Jason Kenney said Canada is losing some of its best and brightest immigrants to other countries due to lengthy processing times.
