I would imagine a legal battle would just slow things down even more, no? Also, could there be the possibility that since it's FSW applicants, would their profession have something to do with the length of processing their application? What I mean is, is it possible the fields they work in/have degrees in just are not vital to Canadian immigration, because people IN Canada have the same credentials?
