Hi colleages,
Has anyone sent an e mail to Ottawa Office after completing 10 months if his/her case has not been finalised within this period and if yes kindly share your experience with me as my deadline is March 10,2011. I wanted to know what would they do after 10 months?
Regards,
Most of us have received medical request mate and done with medicals, you better email them and ask if your medicals are en route? I guess you sent some docs late, i.e. your IELTS cert., they'll start processing your file from that date when you sent your IELTS i suppose.

All seniors,
Thanks for your valuable replies. I sent e mail and got as usual reply from Ottawa office. On the other hand, I got my CAIPS, in which there is no indication for Med. request and my case has been transfered from CAIPS to GCMS and ALLAH knows how long will it take to finish my case?
Now, I m waiting March 10,2011,let's see what would they reply?
Regards,

Another week gone by without any PPRs, they issued few on friday a week ago. Some still might have received them but they might not be any forum, who knows as Ottawa almost have hundreds of files transferred and it's only handful of us on this or on trackitt. Whatever the case is, hoping for good in next week.

We're just a little confused here... When we last contacted CPPO they replied that "our office in London will be contacting you" for PPR and RPRF... Another applicant wrote about the "brown enveloppe" he got from London... and yet Patelppuk receives his PPR by email, from Ottawa?!? Why would CPPO tell us it's London that'll be contacting us for PPR then? Yet another Unsolved Mystery in our immigration adventure!

2 applicants last week received PPR from Ottawa by email, london applicants have received by post. Envelope applicants must be London applicants i guess. I know Ottawa is confused but we'll hopefully be getting PPRs by them.

I sent my docs in early july 2010. How long they will take? they have given 10 months but average ottawa applicant's time is 6-7 months.

Most of Ottawa applicants have already received medicals, send them an email to enquire about it.

Hey AhmadTajwer, Looking @ yours and the others AOR, I think you are all still "within their standard processing time of 42-48Months" (- 48MONTHS-) and that is most likely the reason why they are keeping you all on hold.

That might be the case. The other thing I can think of is they keep changing their policies, now a days they are only prioritising spousal apps etc, so another excuse for them to process even slower.

No worries Mate, sooner or later, it will come to an end. Surely, everything that has a beginning must come to an end.

hello I have been away hoping to find something in my inbox, but still nothing. I have entered my 42nd month since I applied, and I do not mind waiting any longer, since I cannot really complain about my life here. However, I am concern about the fact that I did my medicals in July, and I know that they have received them, but I have not heard anything. In theory I have 4 months and 17 days before my medicals expire, and I am starting to doubt that they will manage to finalise my case by then, unless they are planning on giving me no time at all to validate my visa. My letter from them told me to contact them by 06 March, but I know that M+JM tried to do that and still got a standard reply. They really do not realise that there are human beings behind these applications they are dealing with. Most people on trackitt, who did their medicals in July 2010 have already received their PPR.
