Hey my brother got PR... can i apply under Family Class Immigration.. and if yes, How long does it take the processing ?.. i am in Egypt, Cairo office.

If your brother lives in AB, MB or SK and qualifies to sponsor you under that provinces family class program and you qualify to be sponsored, then yes.  Otherwise no.  I do not know how long it takes.  I would guess about a year.

The requirements depend on the province he's living in.  I think for SK and MB, he has to live there a year before he can sponsor you.  In AB it's 2 years.  Other requirements can be different too so you and your brother should really read the PNP family stream pages for these 3 provinces and find out if you both qualify.  If he does not already live in one of those provinces but wants to move to sponsor you, you better make sure he is moving to a province where you will both qualify.

You can find the websites of the PNP's here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp and it's Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba that have PNP family streams.
