I sent my application to sponsor my parents in April 2009, with a Option C Printout that qualified LICO (Low Income Cut-off).    In this year (2011) I got OSEB (Ontarion Self-Employed Benefit) which is a type 2 EI.

My Notice of Assessment of 2011 will be still look fine to Immigration Canada, but my Option C Printout of 2011 may not look good.

Any suggestions?

what suggestion as long as you keep meeting LICO and other requirements set out you will be fine EI does not disqualify you again provided you keep meeting LICO

The $17,000 OSEB of this year can not count into my income in LICO?
