original transcripts or photo copy in university sealed envelop

it has clearly written in visa instructions that we need to send original transcripts.
but pakistani univ do not give your original transcript in sealed envelop as i have already got it.
what they have given me is copy of transcript with univ verification and sealed envelop.
is it ok or we need to send original in any case and how to do it.
do we also need to send original degree or copy of it.

verification letters are necessary for sending transcripts via University.
Take these verification letters (BA~MA) with you and go to the University Registrar Office and consult the registrar officer, he'll guide you what to do next. Hard part is over now. Very simple proces is ahead of you now.  


"I sent photocopies in UNIVERSITY SEALED ENVELOPE AND ORIGINALS WITH MY FULL APPLICATION "

ORIGINAL Transcripts (BA~MA/MBA) ONLY and NO Degrees.

Yes, there is RISK, but we should not underestimate their system.
But, this is the requirement.

if u can not then no problem ..u can send verified transcript in sealed envelope .....and then put ur real explanation on 20 ruppes affidavit why i could not submit origional one....this is not risk.......any thing u can not do so u can explain by letter , they ll consider it ....
