On section C - Original reason coming to Canada

What does the question meant? obviously not to come to canada and to apply for a PR as a common law.
I am stuck in this question. I came to Canada for vacation to meet my friends, that was before I met my common-law few years later.
Are they asking the reason where I last came in to Canada or before hand??

They want the last time you came to Canada.

I don't think they are asking for something like coming there on a 2 week vacation 10 years ago but you can write your whole history of trips to Canada in there if you want.
