"if available" doesn't mean "if you want to". it means "if something like that exists at the place where you got your diploma or not". anyway, it is your choice to send anything you like. good luck

original transcript but notarized certificates. they will never sent back ur original doucments unless u r being rejected

only notarized transcript copies are fine..............my many friends have PER with this .............so only even everything notarized,,,,,,,,,,except IELTS certificate..........

•   Original transcript of all degrees because you can gain other original transcript from your university if   
        CIO will not return your original transcript.
•   Original IETS transcript
•   Notarized copies of other documents.
•   Translation of non English/French document with affidavit of translator with the signature of oath   
        commissioner .

In new check list i think that is not required.........IMM 5612 (08-2011) E
