Take guess!  I would think that they have requested them, then they want them.  But it is as always your decision.

actually i live in canada and i have my  original transcripts for the high school and the bachelor and the master degrees and certified copies with me in english. however, i noticed that they ask for the originals in a sealed envelops so i asked my family to go to the ministry of education in my country to get the high school transcript in a sealed envelop  and my university for the bachelor degree to get the transcript in a sealed envelop and my university for the master degree to get the transcript in a sealed envelop and my family did that and sent it to me and all of the envelopes are  closed stamped by the educational institutions so no one can open it except of the immigration department,  i  have done that to be in the safe side

I am not an expert, but if you read the wording of No. 6 carefully, you will not see ANY reference to secondary school.  Everything is POST SECONDARY...hope this helps.  They do ask for the number of years you have done at school, so I guess it wouldn't hurt to provide some documentation of those dates, but it doesn't appear they would have to be in sealed envelopes.  Perhaps you will get others comments from the Seniors if I bump this topic to the top for you.  Good Luck

I submitted my original transcripts along with my application. But a notarized copy by university in a university sealed envelope should be good enough. I had the same issue back then and I assumed most of the applicants sent in their notarized copies and I was the only one who sent along originals.

Best of luck with your applications. time is running short.

Friend...I submitted my Australian Masters transcript...couldnt get one from Bombay Uni as they are lazy to respond to overseas request, and have to relatives in india to apply for one...So I mentioned that in my covering letter. My application was accepted...cheers
