Organization Question

Hi....we are finally at the stage of putting all of our papers together (for an outland application) and are almost ready to send it off!

I have an organization question for you:

Did you put all of your photos and emails and "relationship evidence" with the Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire or did you put it in a separate section at the end simply labeled "Supporting Documents'? I'm afraid that they will have a hard time finding everything!

I sorted everything in exactly the same order that the sponsor's document checklist lists them.  So, first came all the sponsor's application forms and identity docs (which I clipped together with the document checklist on top); then came the applicant's application forms and identity documents (which I clipped into a second bundle with the applicant's document checklist on top); and then all the supporting evidence and documentation (clipped together in a third bundle).  Then I put elastic bands around all three bundles and put it in the envelope.
