Ordrer of docs as per checklist !

Little confused while placing the docs as per order of checklists Order of both the checklist does not match.Now what one should do pertaining to the order of docs !!
I think the docs should primarily be placed as per CIO checklist, and then one should look at the VO checklist and see which docs are remaining to be placed, and place the balance docs as per VO checklist, is it ok - please guide.

Secondly, supplementary information of travels form has to be filled only by the principal applicant or ?? In VO checklist it states that has to be filled by you, your spouse and kidsabove 18, please clarify ??

One last confusion is about the additional family info form. When filled by my wife, in place of applicant would be my name, then her name in spouse box and after that info about het parents. So in both the forms, ie filled by myself and my wife, info placed and its order would almost be typical, only her parents and sis / bro names would be different, is it right ?? I just wonder how VO would know whose form is this, from signatures or what, its hard to distinguish as it is not starting with an individual names, like in Background declaration forms, one can immediately know whose form is this??

Well make the checklist for CIO.

Then Set the docs according to the Visa office list.

For Travel instructions are clear, Everyone who is over 18, including you should fill in detail.

Been discussed many times, about the Family form, make wife's name written at the TOP (Applicant). Signatures of who ever fills the form. CIC needs to give a proper format form for Spouse I guess. But you will have to do with the available like I wrote.

thanks dear, about travel info, the given form can accommodate info for everyone, meaning that we shall be attaching a single form that should contain travel info of all, like myself and my wife, kids are below 18.
About family form, you mean i should put her name in the place against Applicant, and put my name in the spouse space. Still not coming to my mind as word "Applicant" is already printed in the form at the top and placing my wife's name in that place makes no sense

Not sure that if we were supposed to include 2 forms. Someone will correct me if they can.

I hope its just 1 form as it gives columns for everyone in the same form. And says at the Top of the form;
Principal applicant must fill it.

Hmm what I did was, filled myself all the details of Mine, and wife.

IF there is no room, attach an extra sheet made in MS Word (tables and all). And write in the last column "Extra Sheet Attached".
