Dear all,
I wish to order CAIPS notes and for that reason i'm trying to fill IMM5563B form and i'm just confused to what should i write on Requester Requester's Reference No (Box) and also in ATIP File No (Box) they didn't mentioned in first page of the form that what should be in this box or these boxes are for administration purpose box, any guide will be highly appreciated....

Hey Cybervjs ,
I've ordered mine from Caips.Ca .... Just simply fill out the required forms ( 1 for the Company & the other one for CIC ) & either Fax, Scan & e:mail or mail it to their provided address.

how much did capis.ca charge you and how long to get the CAPIS?
I used lawpoint.ca and they charged $25, 45 days will be needed. another 20 or so days to go.

I paid $63 & some change in US Dollars ( $60 CAN ) for the service i chose & it will take about 45 days for them to send me the Caips notes.

It sounds like I should start up a small business, at these prices it would be worth it.... Payments by paypal.... replies by email... nice. I could fold the application forms into paper aircraft and fly them to the office - I live quite close  |

See, you will need more people to make the paper aircrafts once your business begins to flourish....  |

Did your 2yr old dependent sign the PR application form.....no....so the answer is obvious. Mitali |
