order to leave - working with a turist visa

Hi

I was refused to enter in US aeroport because they found that I was working with turist visa. When I took my criminal record from FBI was writen: you are not in a possession of a valid, unnexperied visa. I wasn´t overstay...so I am confused..what that means. Please help me. I will aply for permanent resident to Canana but I am not If I have chance.

First of all, you should not be working if your holding a tourist visa. Looks like that USCIS found that, it will really refused you entry in the US and you might not have a chance to return to US again. Are you thinking of applying to Canada thru US that's why you want to enter US again?
