hi everyone.can anyone advice me pls.my employer booked a round trip ticket for my xmas present back to phils for 2weeks vacation on jan 2nd 2012.i just receive my open work permit and my old work permit still valid until july 7,2012 and my multiple re-entry visa still valid too until july 01,2012.do you think im gonna go home and grab the free plane ticket?and what documents do i need?pls advice..thank you.

Go! You are still their employee. Get a letter from your employer stating you're just going for a vacation and is coming back to work for them.
