Option C printout is for Canadians living in the US also?

I have not paid taxes in Canada since 1999.  I've been living in the US eversince and pay taxes in the US.  Do I still get the option C printout and then fill it out according to my US taxes?  thanks.

You may send your American tax return form, since you won't have a very recent Option C.  Simply include a cover note to explain why you aren't including the Option C.

Thanks again Charlie!!  When you say cover letter, you mean put it in front of my entire application or just put it in place of the option C handout?  thanks.

Put the American tax return in the place where the Option C should be, and attach the cover letter to it.
