When submitting our sponsor application, my partner has to submit an option C form in regard to tax.
However, we are currently living abroad. Should he instead send in his tax forms from the country he is working in instead of Canada?

Thanks in advance Smiley

We are going to send UK equivalent tax forms (P60) plus a letter from his employer confirming he is currently employed.  Think it also says to include pay slips Smiley

An explanation letter with foreign country's income tax assessment should fulfill your purpose. In addition you can attach a letter from current employer and some pay stubs will make the case stronger.
