Well, check the duties under HRSDC for your NOC 1122 and if you do the same, then yes. Operations management title is there.

Check the link:

No at all. CIC gives more weight to experience and duties. No worries.

To assess your total points, please review Guide 7000 at CIC website:

Factor 1    Education    [Maximum 25 points]
Factor 2    Ability in English and or French    [Maximum 24 points]
Factor 3    Experience    [Maximum 21 points]
Factor 4    Age    [Maximum 10 points]
Factor 5    Arranged employment in Canada    [Maximum 10 points]
Factor 6    Adaptability    [Maximum 10 points]
Total         Maximum 100 points
Pass Mark         67 points

Note that Education and Experience are two different "factors" and will get you separate points.

Hence, your "certificate ..... diploma" will be assessed under Factor 1, while

your "operations manager .... internal auditor ...  etc, etc" will be assessed under Factor 3.

Job title is not most critical but more important is the details of your job description/responsibilities.  Carefully study the NOC 1122 definition and then work on matching your past/current job details to this as much as possible.

Good Luck & I hope NOC-1122 reopens in July 2011.
