Open Work Permit Processing Times

Hi guys! Anyone there who knows how long will it take to receive the open work permit after you submitted it together with the PR applications?

heard from my husband it will take you around 3 to 4 months.hope this will help...

it's more like minimum 6-7 months (if not longer...), as you will only get an open work permit once you have "first stage approval" of your PR application.
