Is every work permit an "OPEN" one?

If my GF (USA) was offered a part-time job, and LMO passed, and she got her work permit, could she work somewhere else full-time as well?

It is possible that my mom will offer my gf a part-time job. How much do they look into the company?

1.  HRSDC will not issue an LMO for a part time job.  You can only work at one job.
2.  Your mother would have to advertise on the job bank for 2 weeks, and then demonstrate to HRSDC why no Canadians/PRs who applied were qualified.
