Let's say your education schedule was like that Phd 2008 (Still in process) MBA 2006-2008 Computer Diploma 2004-2006 B.tech 2001-2004 High School 2001 You just have to mention the name of program and dates. If any program is in process so may or may not specify that whether or not it has been completed.

Thanks Alberta Citizen, I had one semester of MBA and then h1 and now again back to MBA. if I mention this detail in education history I might have to submit the most recent I-20 aswell right? As I would be mentioning most recent status in the country (IMM008 schedule 1) as f1 so I might also have to prove this with most recent I-20. Ki kaso? On the education history section of CIC form Schedule I IMM008 background declaration. do we just write the education (degree) that we have completed or we need to show education that has been partially completed?? the form says give the no. of years in school you successfully completed. any idea??

If any program is in process so may or may not specify that whether or not it has been completed. No need to submit these details. Remember, As a provincial Nominee all educational details are supossed to check by province which they have done and that's why they nominated you. These colleges, universities they ask so if they run the background check so things could be verified. semesters, credits have nothing to do with CIC. If you did your MBA 1 semester or 2 semester in India before coming to states and then you start working on H1, you should just mention MBA. No need to specify whether it was half MBA or full MBA or just few semesters of MBA. As I assume you have already provided all grade sheets to AINP and documents are shared between AINP and CIC so if they will have any question they will ask. Let's say if they look at MBA marksheets and that says the MBA program 2004-2005 so since everybody knows that MBA is a two year degree program in general then they may or may not ask that whether you finished your MBA or not. You don't have to provide anything which is not asked. Your processing will NOT stop because of these questions.

Rascojenkins, What's your file online eCas status? Well my e-case has not been changed. It still states: We started processing your application on March 16, 2009. We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on April 29, 2009. The Los Angeles office may contact you.

What i realized is that most of people who had FSW in process and converted to AINP has received their PPR. I never had FSW initiated and that might be one reason.
Second might be background check for family.

Second might be background check for family. I didn't have any FSW application prior to AINP. Also, I have family of four, including self; Not sure if that is one of the reasons for PPR delay.

I don;t think how many are or if you have relatives in Canada or not, I think is the way the system is design, IT guys please mention something, CIC papers mention that application will be process according with the day is received , Buffalo doesn't have hundreds of employees, it's around 40 to 50 people for thousands of applications every year, so made you own calculations.
Peace!
