hey satya.... congrats first of all. and thank you for your wishes.....

Well you can give any address in canada to receive PR card within 6 months. It does not matter if they found out that you are in CANADA or US. They need address in Canada to mail your PR cards. I heard in toronto you can pick up PR card in person also. I did not know that while i was in toronto. But one of my friend landed in toronto from India and he went there to pick up PR card in person ( no idea which office it is but it is toronto downtown). i wish i could have tried that when i was in toronto. It would be fantastic that way that WE do not have to have address just to get PR cards.

I do not have fax number in office but i will send you personal message in the evening with fax number once i reach home.

good luck.

Hi Despo

Thanks for your wishes and advices..

At port of entry they did not provided me with any form for faxing my address...so what is the correct process for applying for PR card..Please advice me..

Thanks

Don't worry it will change soon.
I am not worried about status .But my worry is what will happen after landing there ?
As sky is not limit ,getting pr is also not limit.
Getting good job in Edmonton is my worry.Other wise all hope and all waiting will result in Zero.
Huuh.. Huh

Hello Friends,

I created a google spreadsheet and published it as a webpage. I included the details I wish to volunteer for along with my contact details.
I tried to insert the URL link here but its not allowing me to post the link. Can anyone suggest me how to post a link in this forum. ( I tried using the Insert Hyperlink and Insert FTP link icons but to no avail.

Chigirl - Thanks for volunteering. You can upload your details once I am successfully post the link.

Thanks in advance

No, you can do medicals at any CIC listed Doctor. However try to do all family members at the same location.

Thanks albertaorbust.
I have one more question. Till now I didn't applied for FBI, PCC but I received AOR and Medicals yesterday.

Whether they will ask FBI , PCC anytime? Need suggestion about applying FBI,PCC.

They will send you a mail that require you to send your additional documents(FBI, PCC, etc).  In my case, it happened after a week of receiving my AOR and medical.

Thanks albertaorbust.

Thanks for quick reply erakyo.
Whether they will give any timeline ?
I heard that FBI takes some time. Also do I need to apply for PCC from India Consulate ?

I think they will only give you 60 or 90 days. not sure if it's 60 or 90 days.

I included my PCC from my home country in my first submisison. You need your PCC from your home country as this is one of their requirements or they using it in the later stage.

Dear Friend:

You call it struggle?

This is the easiest permanent residency you are getting. You don't need to have a job offer from Canada. You don't need to have an educational degree from Canada. You don't require any ESL test. Above all, you don't need to be in Canada to get it...

And this easiest permanent residency is a struggle for you?

I hope that the degree of struggle never goes above the waiting associated with this permanent residency for the rest of your life.

very well said!

Folks,

At last I got my FBI results yesterday (after 2 rejections), that too in 1 month. I had done electronic fingerprinting this time.

One suggestion for those who are going to apply - Please do electronic fingerprinting as it has very less chance of rejection, prints are clear and saves re-application time.

Thanks to this forum for the regular updates !!

Local Police department will do electronic fingering which has very less change of getting rejected by FBI .

Thanks
