Hi Kale,
Did you send scanned copies of missing FBI later on. ??
Did they asked you for FBI when sending AOR/Medical request ?

Hi - They did not ask anything except giving us AOR & Medical request. But, I sent my FBI reports in originals today.

Good Luck
-Kale.

Hi, I'm new to this form.  Here is my situation.
I got the copy of my Cashier Check from my bank on May 1st.  On the back of it has a number B********* with the Canada CIC stamp.  I used that number to check the status today but it did not gave me any update.  It says the info is not matching.  Does any one here is on the similar situation?

Thanks.

Dear All:

I sent my CIC complete package (including FBI and everything) on 29th Jan 2010. CIC received my application on 1st Feb 2010. The money order submitted was from USPS. By tracking the money order, i got the immigration file number (the B********* number).

I have not received the AOR and medical request yet. But i check the case status every day using my B number.  Today it says We started processing you application on June 3rd, 2010.

I hope that this information will be helpful to people.

Thanks

Jonny ,

It happens normally, once they will start your process your data will updated online and then you will see your information.

Not to worry,it happened with everyone.

Why is CIC asking for RPRF fees when they send AOR & Medical request? if i remember earlier they asked for it when they sent PPR.
There r few members who have not received RPRF fees request with AOR - so r u sending RPRF fees anyways or will you wait till they ask for it later on.

Today I recieved AOR with medical request, I didn't submit FBI documents with my application initially, strange they didn't ask for that. Following are few things which I request the senior to advise on:

- I have recieved my AOR with medical request even thought my FBI is not submitted, what does that mean am i done after medical ?
- I have family change i.e. my daughter is born and I would like to add her in the process but as she was not added earlier we didn't recieve any medical request for her. Any experience?
- Should I send my FBI now or wait for CIC to request?

Please advise
Thanks in advance

- they might ask for your FBI later on OR they might not ask for it at all.  I would suggest since u have the file number now and in case u have the FBI report ready with you it is better to send it to them without their asking for it - u might just save some time in case they ask for it later on.
- regarding your newborn: u need to tell AINP.  U might need to send her birth certificate & Passport copy to AINP- AINP will let CIC know abt it!  I have read in few old posts that members had given info of newborn to both CIC & AINP.

Your timeline is awesome! 3 months from check encash date. What's your NOC code?
All the best to the new born and the proud parents!

And Jasper/vsrao, many thanks for keeping the tracker updated near-real time. You're #1 !
