folks,

i had two application FSW applied in Sep 2008 and PNP applied on Jan 23 2009 at CIC

today i recieved a letter dated May 14 2009 from cic saying that they are withdrawing my FSW
and will refund the fees in 12-16 weeks...and eCAS status no more shows status as "In Process" but
says "Application Recieved" while  PNP AOR (which I found by looking at back of
copy of encashed cheque) shows "In Process started on MAy 4 2009". But haven't recieved
any letter about PNP app yet....

Thanks bendjoe.

I have a question. They need photo ID (DL or passport) which contain photo, name, address and dob and it must be a single ID.
I have Drivers license.

But my wife does not have one and her passport has home country address.  Any idea what we can provide as an ID for her?

dna:

I think you can get an ID card - not drivers license card.  Both of these IDs can be obtained in the Driver License Office.

Hope this helps.

County ID will work. Not sure if DMV will issue anything other than license in NJ.

Nataraj,
Good to hear that you are back to USA.
Pls check my profile in trackiit.com for the time line for Nj and va pccs.
India pcc from NY consulate takes 14-16days if you use usps express mail.

I checked your case on trackitt. But I could not make out how long it took to get PCC's from VA and NJ. Looks like NJ is 1 week.

Sorry Natraj,
It seems I mentioned in someone else profile.
I mailed priority packages for va and Nj on march 6th from md, I received Nj-pcc on march 19th and va-pcc on march 23rd.  Hope this helps.

I got 2 times my India PCC from ny consulate.  It took  14-16days total (including weekends) in both times.
