hi
My documents reached CIC, Buffalo NY on 27th March. 2010. CIC returend on April, 16th 2010 due to missing I-797(H1) and copies of PP. Resent to CIC on 16th, 2010 and reached to CIC on 19th April, 2010. Not cashed my Cashier Check yet.

Yes you should send the original 797, passport pages with stamped visa only (you should remove these pages from passport) and also your DL & SSN cards... Dude are you from Alibaugh???  Jokes apart, only photo copies... BR, McLuvin |

Query regarding IMM0008, question 18:
Country of Issue (Passport): Would be country who issued the passport not the country where the passport was issued correct? Personal case - Indian Passport issued in Washington DC. So, I put India and not USA.
Got confused because they ask Country of citizenship (in Q. 5) and again country of issue of passport in Q.18. Wouldn't both be always the same, always? Typically, the question Passport issued in which city.
Appreciate a response on this query.

Dear naxas, It will take 8 to 15 days for en cash. Mine application reached on 20th Jan and MO cashed on 28th. So good luck. |

hi Seniors, i have a small question here please help.
I got married recently and my wife is still in india, Now in 1 week i will send the doc to CIC. She is still in India.
when i initially applied i applied as single, so now can i include her
and
when they request for medicals if my wife is still in India, can we take medicals from india and send ,
Please Help
