Thanks AG for providing me the info on how to check the status online and the link.

Nomad, I really appreciate you taking the time to look at your check for me and typying the way that anybody can follow where to look for the B#.  Without your help, I would not have been able to find the B# on my check. I am still not able to read all the numbers as they have another stamp crossing over the B#. I also don't have the actual digital copy of the check. It was printed on a regular page and the fonts are so small that I can not tell if it is B# or something else. I guess I have to wait for the AOR letter to be able to know my actual B#. Thanks again for your time and help.

Even after you recieve your B# it might still take a while for you to be able to see your e-case. That's how it was for me.

Agreed.  I just got my AOR + Medical Request and still can't access thru E-cas.

So, be patient.

Dear H1bimmigrant:

AINP's website has NOC list and you can look by yourself. If Software Configuration specialist is not there then you can apply under 2171 as "Consultants" category. But make sure you your duties are same as provided in HRSDC website for NOC 2171. If your duties are not same then probably you should ask AINP directly. HRSDC website is:

I recieved my AOR+ Medical today.........CIC received the application on 23rd Feb. I got an appointment with the doc in Michigan who in turn is an A-hole....charging $450 per person and $75 for expedite mail. I plan to report this opportunist Doc to the CIC officials...already researched on the procedure to do it. He is also asking for the money in cash only too.......no points for guessing why ? I plan to drive all the way to Ohio i.e if I can get an appointment sooner and cheaper. BTW...all the best to other Canada aspirants !!!!
