Congratulations!!! and to those who are approved..

I just have a question - I applied for this category and it was received on Dec 10, I am waiting for AOR right now but my question is regarding the order of the application document submitted in my package

In the website it was stated
To apply under the Strategic Recruitment Stream U.S. Visa Holder Category, the steps are as follows:

1.The Strategic Recruitment Stream – U.S. Visa Holder Category Application for Provincial Nomination (AINP 009A) is the form required to apply under this category. If the Candidate is using a third party representative, the Candidate - Use of a Representative (AINP 008B) must also be completed.

2.The Candidate completes this application form, and includes all supporting documents requested in the Instructions Checklist which accompanies the AINP 009A. --------------------->>>>> I FOLLOWED THE ORDER LISTED in the AINP 009A.

3.Candidate sends their full application to the AINP for review. Before mailing an application to the AINP, please fully complete all required forms and gather all required documents. Refer to the Helpful Hints document for detailed instructions on how to submit the application.---------> I DID NOT FOLLOW THIS ALSO I DID NOT INCLUDE THIS FORM....... If the application has two or more documents missing, it will be returned to the applicant as deficient and no file will be created. The applicant will have to re-submit an application should they wish to re-apply.

Can someone advice what to do? Also I left a few field blanks in the schedule forms...I am afraid to get the whole appication package returned after waiting 2-3 months....

PLEASE HELP

erikvirgo Looks like you are in the wronge forum. Hence you already posted your question let me express my view on your situation.

Looks like you are applying for Nomination and preparing forms for it. At this moment if you have missed some columns in Schedule forms than its fine. but you still have chance to correct it and send it via fax with some basic information about yourself. Like your name and your phone # and date of birth. AINP is not that strict like CIC. If you would have missed same thing while sending file to Buffalo CIC than i am pretty sure they would return your package in 20 days.

Good Luck.

despoimmigrant,
Thanks for our reponse. Yes I put it in the wrong forum - I did not carefully read that this is for those who are already in the CIC stage.
However. I am currently waiting for nomination and as I said - all the docs have been sent to Alberta. My concern was that I did not follow the order listed in HELPFUL HINTS and did not include this form when submitting the application. I hope they are not too strict about this and rejected the whole thing because I am not following HELPFUL HINTS form.
It has been stressful process as you can imagine and may have experienced.

Now this is getting really frustrating......... check out this guy

trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/discuss/provincial-nominees/504

His file got transferd to 30th September to NY and got PPR yesterday as well.  Shocked God  knows what these people are doing with my file...................... looks like now its time for me to buzz NY consulate and send them email.

sigh sigh Sad

I don't know what is wrong with CIC. During initial days of this year some people were getting PPR within 6-7 months of application submission to CIC. Which included average 2 month 15 days for medical/AOR, 3 month for PPR request and approximate a month for other general things like NY transfer, ecase update, ottawa-buffalo communication etc but now it seems that  they are trying stretch this CIC process till a year!
One thing which really frustrates me that if they get application on 1st of any month then it takes them 15 days to cash money order and then on ecase they post 2 month extended date as a starting point which means around 2 and half month was just elapsed in getting application, cashing money order and saying that we started processing!

Well we all just have to bear with them.
They have all the power to decide how they work.
