Any idea how to get more information on my case.

AINP, my CIC Process started in Jan 2009. Medical and all the requirment were done in February 2009. My initial CIC assessment was completed and they asked for no interview.
In other words, all I have been waiting for was the Passport Request since then.

Its been 11 month since I got my AOR. Its been 10 month since my file was completed and ready for a decision.

Every time I contact CIC Buffalo, they say your medicals was received and that they requested background check information from foreign governments. I didnt travel a lot, and I dont have a long history of life ... in other words it should not take long to get this background check info. We are almost in Dec, and that mean my Medical might not even be valid (expired) when I get my PPR.

Any help on how to get information about my file?

Thanks,
