it looks like you will get receipt of your payment and medical together sometime this week. Hi Frineds,
I got a 'B' file number today through e-mail.
Can any body tell me in how many days can i get a mail with medical request.
Thanks for all.
Did Anybody tried to email Buffalo about asking that why do they waste/lapse 50-70 days between actual reciept of Medicals and updating the ecase? |

Thanks Despo. but I am asking for the CIC. Sorry for not specifying the info. Do we need to show the proof of funds when filing for CIC in AINP? TIA I am assuming that this is for nomination bubbly!! When i applied for nomination i had only 8 months on H1b visa but i also had 1 year work experience with same company on OPT. I was not sure how would they treat my application at that moment because key criteria for nomination was 1 year work experience in US on h1b visa. He does not need to show proof of fund in either case but yeah he does need to fill out one of the form and put some numbers in that form to show that he has some money. I did not send any proof of fund from bank.... one of my friend is nearing a year as per the guideline and if he receives nomination, Do he need to show proof of funds if he does not have job offer? he is currently in usa. please help with me with this query.

Nasrana: You were supposed to recieve Medicals did you recieved Medicals/AOR? What happened after you sent them enquiry email? Yes I received mu medicals Nov 12, 2009. I done my medical too. |

they will compulsorily ask local PCC or not.
In next step what type of documents they need (or) they will ask directly a passport request.
Can anybody give me a brief information.

If Your medical results are ok !! If you have sent all PCC's than you will get stright PPR..... Hi Friends,

Finally, I made it. I am writing this from the hotel I am staying in Calgary. We crossed from Coutts, AB and it was a really pleasant experience. There were no questions about fund, not even a bank statement or how much money I am carrying. I was driving a rented car (GMC Yukon) and there were no questions about the car also. Asked for address to mail the PR cards and I gave an address in Calgary (Friend's relative).
I will write more on our converstions at the Port of Entry later. Thanks guys and good luck to all of you.

Guys I am all done. I have received PR last saturday. I am now in the process of planing my trip to Calgary. Has anyone used AVR to come back to the USA after landing recently? If yes please share your experience.

what is yoru time line? when did your ecase status changed to medical results received? could you please care to share? congratulations in btw..... and good luck to rest of the process. Nix1 is in alberta and he is going to use AVR to come back to US after his short trip to calgary. he said recently he will update his experience once he come back to US. I am planing to use AVR also...... in the future....... Guys I am all done. I have received PR last saturday. I am now in the process of planing my trip to Calgary.
