Hi ZAD,

Thanks for the information.
I did not send the local pcc before. so which address can i send the local PCC.
Can i send the local PCC after medical done or before medical done.
can i send local PCC now or can i wait for the request. give me a brief message.

Thanks,
Narsanna

Very highly likely, they will ask you for it. To be on a safe side , get it and send it now. Save your time >

Now you have Imm File Number , sent it to Buffalo indicating you File number.

Any experience ?

Today after more than 7 months of my Medicals, I got FIRST response from Buffalo:

"Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete."

1- Is it for sure my Background check is over Huh

2- if this the case, will they have to make the decision before expiration my medicals ?? which are about to expire in about 4 months.

Please share .... Thanks

ZAD,
No clue about your first Q.
In regards to your second Q, if they respond with an approval in lets say next 2 months, you will only have 2 more months to land before your visa will expire. In this case, you can put up a request stating not getting enough time to get things together to land. Lets say, you can say that you cannot get a leave for the next 2 months from your job and they will comply and extend your visa to land for a longer period. This is because the delay was from their side. (thoughts based on talks with a lawyer, I am not one though)
However, and I hope not, but if they take time extending beyond your medicals, maybe you might have to do medicals again.... may be not.... hard to predict in that case. But again in that case, you can argue for a delay from "their side". However, if your medical scenario is just about normal, I would just do it again and get done to get a faster result out of the process.

My AINP application at Buffalo has been in process (completed) since January 2009. Medical and all the needed paper were received by Feb 2009. I paid the money needed and check are all cashed. Been waiting for so long. It even beats the length posted at their website.

I was in hurry, but now work is doing well, and I am not in hurry. But I really would like to shape my future. I want to own my home, I want to settle, I want to go visit home, ..etc.

I would be ok if they can at least give me a timeline. ..Everytime I e-mail them they say its Background check.

I am assuming that this is for nomination bubbly!! When i applied for nomination i had only 8 months on H1b visa but i also had 1 year work experience with same company on OPT. I was not sure how would they treat my application at that moment because key criteria for nomination was 1 year work experience in US on h1b visa.

He does not need to show proof of fund in either case but yeah he does need to fill out one of the form and put some numbers in that form to show that he has some money. I did not send any proof of fund from bank....
