we are under impression that NY is faster in processing application compre to Buffalo. But in other forums and trakitt.com there are so many folks out there whos application has been transfered to NY in march, Apri,May but they are still waiting for response from NY. that makes me believe that people whos file just got transfered to NY in last few days may have to wait little longer before we hear something from NY.

In other hand there are people who got immidiate response from NY requesting fees/documents/passport. (Lucky folks or something else)

I am trying to figure out trend NY consulate is approching while accessing files and making decisions.
lol Who all want to participate in analysis which i am performing?  Rais your hand...............................................

Hello Folks,

Last Friday, I have received passport request from CIC-LA.

@ sukhminder and other friends, Who had received passport request from LA,

Can you please inform me that have you received a form about height and eye color?

I have received a form with passport request letter, in which I have to write my height and eye color and have to return it with my passport and photos.

I got my ppr request and they asked for Height, Eye Color, and DOB for each applicant.

I do not know why, may be they just want to make sure they are stamping the correct passports.

Hello Jay007,
Sorry for the late reply, I somehow magically stopped receiving notification about new posts in this thread...I deactivated and reactivated notifications again, and hopefully it will work the way it used to be again...Anyways I did receive those forms when they sent me the letter. Just follow the instructions *exactly* they mentioned and you will be all fine. Let me know if I can be of any further help.

Finally, the NY office updated my e-CAS. Now they have added this sentence, "Medical results have been received." They also fixed the error in my mailing address. Hopefully I will receive my PPR in the right address soon.

When they post "Medical results have been received", does that mean my family and I pass the medicals?
