wow! congrats sukh!

this is good news for all people transferred to LA! :-)

by the way, what does it say in your eCas? It should say something like 'We started processing your file on mm/dd/yyyy'. What was the date there? Just curious. For comparison purposes.

This is what it says till today in eCas:

"We started processing your application on May 6, 2009.

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on May 21, 2009. The Los Angeles office may contact you.
"

I guess eCas will change monday morning or may not even change next week. I've seen that with LA CIC. Decision was made for my case since 31st July itself cos the PPR letter is dated 31st July 2009.

Congrats!

What 1 day difference makes ??

Enjoy!

BTW: I don't think you can go in person for NYC stamping - you need to mail-it-in.

Nomad:

Congrats.

You will probably get something by Thurs or Fri this week.

NYC is handling your case?

yrinaldy,
you were wrong.... I got my PPR today, Sat and not Thu or Fri ... so booyaaaah. kiddin. you were right :D

Hey Nix1 did you receive your initial assessment from cic yet. As per other applicants it takes about a month from the date they start processing your case.
We have similar timelines
