CIC received my fresh PNP-CIC file on February 24th, 2009. Dont worry. Tomorrow you will hear a good news from your lawyer.
When did you submit your AINP file to CIC in February. Mine was reached on 17th Feb.

I submitted complete package with PCC of India and FBI of USA. Thanks Toledo for the update. I will check tomorrow and update here if there is any change. I sent my US states PCCs yesterday and reached CIC today.

I too submitted FBI without US States Certificates. 2 days back I sent them too.

Why did you not send the US State PCC? I submitted my file on Feb 13, 2009 along with FBI(No US STATES PCCs), Home Country PCC and another Foreign country PCC. The page was updated on Feb 19 and US States PCCs submission is a new requirement since then. So I applied later and submitted 2 days back......... |

Bad news, I received letter from CICI indicating that my original FSW rejected because my NOC is not included in 38.
Now my hope is only PNP-CIC.

Ohh. I will also hear same thing from CIC. Mine also not in 38. But we have PNP one. If they look at my PNP file first I may not have any delay. Otherwise again delay. |
