Friends ,
Today I got request from CIC to submit FBI Certi. withing 90 Days from 2day or else they can refuse my application.
Now I have expired certificate.
I submitted my application on Jan 20 2010 to CIC, Buffalo.
I received FBI Certi on 3 march 2010.
So now what to do, do I need to send these old one or need to apply for new one and wait for next 4 months for FBI to send me new certificate?

I was under impression that you and your spouse are going to Canada for PR on AVR. Your case is not so clear... Friends ,
Today I got request from CIC to submit FBI Certi. withing 90 Days from 2day or else they can refuse my application.
Now I have expired certificate.
I submitted my application on Jan 20 2010 to CIC, Buffalo.
I received FBI Certi on 3 march 2010.
So now what to do, do I need to send these old one or need to apply for new one and wait for next 4 months for FBI to send me new certificate?

 yeah. But I am going to send expired FBI certi today. Everything should be ok according to canadiens "The certificate must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your application."

Your approach is correct in my opinion and it does follow the reqts wrt your application date. You should write a covering letter indicating that point, and also mention that you were waiting to get this request with AOR to send it. All the best! yeah. But I am going to send expired FBI certi today. Everything should be ok according to canadiens "The certificate must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your application." |

I got my medicals done today in Dallas. I had a great experience, the medical staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. The entire check up for me and my family (wife and my 3 kids) took about 90 min, and I paid only $ 670 for everything. Tomorrow I'll pay the RPRF fee, and hope that everything can go smooth.

I paid in cash.

Why would you consider your FBI certificate expired? You recieved it on March 3, which is after the submission of your CIC application. I am little confused. With AORs/Medicals taking upto 4 months after application, all our certificates are bound to be expired. Does that mean, we have to go back and get new certificates again?

How much do we need to pay for RPRF? I already sent my PCC certificates the day i received AOR/Medicals, didnt expect tht CIC will send letter to update file... anyhow i haven't received the mail yet.. may be in a day or to.. Yeah RPRF also requested.
