Only spouse landing....can he do before principal applicant..visa valid

can i (spouse) land alone due to some family reason and PA and child join me lated within the visa period ,

You cannot land before the principal applicant. You can only land with or after the principal applicant.

I'm sorry - I don't understand your follow up question.

If you're asking if any exceptions are granted to this rule - then the answer is no. If you are not the principal applicant - then you cannot land before the principal applicant. You can only land with the principal applicant or afterwards.
