I do not beleive the post from Nectar as he gives conflicting opinions... like

But according to this post..........Currently fast track FSW post February 2008 applications are on the highest priority at CHC London....................CHC London FSW post June 26, 2010 applications will be processed on the highest priority from October 2011 onwards.

Some body mentioned that Nectar is getting infomations from London VO but I dont think the VO staff would pass confidential information to somebody who is publishing these things in forum.. I am sure that the cic staff is monitoring this forum as this would help them to find out the frauds from some people...

Nectar's information = 60% made up and 40% common sense just from listening to other's timelines and experiences on this forum.

I see the loser Nectar disciples gave me a bunch of negative ratings whilst I was out for a few hours, for daring to criticise their hero. How can you people be so blind?

Unlike Nectar, I actually help people - with real information.

Dear Cappuccino,

I applied in November, 2010. Recently I got PER from CIC and said my file will be transferred to VO (London). When I applied, I submitted all supporting document except PCC. Now should I send my PCC to the visa office voluntarily, or wait for VO's request? Please give me you opinion.

i think its better to send a copy to V/O.so you can save time in future. So ask for 2 copies of PCC,i think you have to some money for extra copy.Keep one copy and send one copy.

I think otherwise...wait for VO instructions...it be requirng you once they open again ur case...but you should have it ready once they'll ask it from you to save time...probably after the  @  2nd AOR.

Hi - visa office will request your PCC and usually give you 60 days to get the documents. However, from your point of view it depends on how long it will take to get. A UK PCC can be ordered fairly quickly (10 working days for standard service, 2 working days for premium service). However, if you have live in any other countries for longer than 6 months then you will need PCC for those as well, and some countries PCC can take several months.

So basically research all the PCC that you need and see how long they will take to get. Does your ECAS say that you are in process yet?

Once you go into process you might expect an average of about 1 month to get medical requests with PCC request, but this of course differs from applicant to applicant depending on the complexity of your case.

Best of luck,
Wayne.

As Mr Wayne said, some PCCs take longer time; so it might be a good idea if we request it little in advance.
But, is it OK friends if the PCC issue date is earlier than the VO date of request?
If for instance I get a PCC today then I waited for one month "the approximate time suggested between -in process- and medical &PCC", then they wouldn't refuse it due to the earlier date?

Dear Cappuccino,
Basically I am from Bangladesh currently residing in UK. So I have get PCC from Bangladesh also, that's why I am bit worried about PCC of Bangladesh as it will take about a month to get from there. Any way thanks a lot for your advice, I will wait till my file goes in-process.

I don't know to how extent Cappuccino would agree with me; but I reckon the best way is to order PCC of Bangladesh first as soon as your ecas changes to IN PROCESS. You may enquire the UK PCC later upon their request.

Bizzare but true. I still don't understand the rational behind the reverse order processing!
