I have around 20 years of experience. Is it true that i need to privide experience certificates of last 10 years only to CIC and dont have to worry about the rest of the period. Thanks

In Schedule 3, economic classes-FSW, Question number 11 requires you to provide your proof of work experinces for the last 10 years, that is also occupations that fall into Skill type 0 or skill levels A or B of the NOC. So in that case, you are required to provide proofs of work experinece for the last 10 years if they are under skill type 0 or skill level A or B.
However in the schedule 1. background and declaration, Question number 11, personal history, you are required provide details of your personal history since the age of 18. in this case, you may list all your work history and also choose to provide any proofs if you have any. these do not have to be up to date. the whole idea of this is to give VO a chance to review your application with a minimum complication and to give VO a clear picture of what you are claiming for, thereby, getting your application reviewed faster. This really worked for me. I ma not sure if this is required by your checklist of supporting documents. good luck!
